NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Conshohocken, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on December 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time. The meeting will be held at Borough Hall, located at 400 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
At this time, Borough Council will hear testimony and accept evidence on the following request:

The Petitioners are seeking Conditional Use approval pursuant to §27-1304.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the conversion of the existing automotive service building associated with the existing gasoline service station into a convenience store, while retaining the existing motor vehicle fueling stations, thereby converting the property to a drive-in convenience store use.
