Karen is a Senior Benefit Consultant with Doyle Alliance Group and a healthcare industry expert with more than 26 years of experience. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Temple University. Karen has identified traffic & parking issues, attention to the environment, quality of life initiatives and serving the residents and property owners of Ward 1 as priorities.

Adrian Serna is a marketing manager and small business owner with a previous career as an educator helping students with learning disabilities. He is deeply involved with community service and environmental initiatives.
His priorities include modernizing communication and constituent services, expediting the borough’s move to 100% sustainable energy, preserving parks and green community spaces, developing after-school programs for youth, and providing fun free events for families.
Adrian wants to increase the walkability of the downtown, promote local business development, and improve pedestrian and traffic safety throughout the borough. His vision is for Conshohocken to maintain its traditions and small town feel while responsibly looking toward the future.

Ms. Sokolowski was elected to Office and began serving as the Council Member for Ward 3 in January 2016. Having called Conshohocken home for more than 25 years, Tina identifies that having a very thoughtful and deliberate plan for zoning and development is necessary, and key to her approach in serving on Borough Council.
In her first term Tina led many of the borough's key initiatives including serving as Chair for the Comprehensive Plan Task Force. Tina led a group of engaged community members to create a strategic plan for our community; this plan will guide current and future councils in decision making to support strategies that promote a prosperous, convenient, equitable, healthy, and attractive community for present and future generations. Tina also serves on the Board of Directors for the Conshohocken Rowing Center (CRC) and Friends of Conshohocken Parks as well as being a Council liaison to the Planning Commission.
Tina’s goal for the next four years is to engage and inspire residents to become active participants in developing, achieving, articulating, and embodying Conshohocken’s community values. This will be accomplished through fostering both a shared sense of purpose, and a shared vision for community initiatives.
Tina has been employed at Abington-Jefferson Health for 32 years, in the summer of 2020 she was promoted to the position Enterprise Vice President, Population Health Services- Jefferson Health. In this role her responsibilities include leading, designing and executing strategic objectives that will transform current healthcare delivery models to improve the patients’ quality of care and satisfaction while improving overall population health outcomes. Tina serves as a Jefferson Health project lead in the PA Regional Response Health Collaboration Program to Address COVID-19 in Long-Term Care Facilities (Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Lehigh and Philadelphia counties).
Tina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. It is this strong background in healthcare, which sets as a priority the need to execute on initiatives that will enhance the health and wellness of our Borough community.

Anita is an active participant in Conshohocken’s community. In addition to serving on Borough Council, she serves as the President of the Montgomery County Boroughs Association, is a member of the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs, and serves on the Board of the Hispanic Association of Southeastern PA. She has also previously served on the Borough’s Planning Commission for seven (7) years, including three (3) years as Chair. One of Anita’s priorities is to maintain the charm and character of Conshohocken to ensure its history and architecture are preserved.

Kathleen retired from the United States Postal Service after thirty years as a clerk-craft employee and member of the American Postal Workers Union. She is a graduate of Archbishop Kennedy High School and holds a BA in Political Science from Temple University. Kathleen has lived in Conshohocken since 1997 and is focused on pedestrian and traffic safety, road repair, and maintaining our high quality Borough services.

Stacy Ellam is a 4th generation resident of Conshohocken and grew up on East 10th Avenue. Stacy attended St. Mary’s School, participated in CYO activities at St. Matthew’s Parish, raced in the Soap Box Derby on the 4th of July and spent summers bike riding through the borough. Later, Stacy became an active participant in Conshohocken, assisting with the Conshohocken Sesquicentennial Celebration, attending meetings and assisting in planning the parade. Stacy also taught at Conshohocken Catholic School, coached CYO Softball, was a member of St. Mary's Choir and spent Sunday mornings teaching in the CCD program.
After spending a few years away from town, Stacy returned to live on West 10th Avenue with her wife, Diana and daughter Francesca. Stacy was appointed to the Planning Commission in 2019 and served as Chairperson for 2020 and 2021. Stacy also served on the Human Relations Commission from 2019 to 2021 and was the Planning Commission representative for the Parking Task Force for 2020 and 2021. Outside of Conshohocken, Stacy is an Assistant Cubmaster for her daughter's cub scout pack and a substitute teacher and softball coach at Germantown Academy.
Stacy’s goals for the next 4 years include managing parking within the borough, maintaining and creating town activities, working with the residents to find solutions to issues, maintain open communication with residents and create a vision where the past, present and future all have a place.
Stacy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from West Chester University in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Drexel University.

Colleen has a long and experienced background in business, specifically in the private sector. After managing her family’s business, Murray Kia, for more than 30 years, she retired in 2019. Colleen values community opportunities for all ages and has also served as CYO president and coach while her children were young. She believes in Conshohocken’s growth as a family community, and works to ensure the Community Center at the Fellowship House continues to create activities for children, adults and seniors to enjoy.
