Conshohocken Borough received bids for the Second Avenue Veterans Memorial Plaza Project on January 22, 2026. A total of seven (7) bids were received for this project, ranging from $1,648,736.50 to $2,134,500.50. NJS Concrete, LLC. has been determined to be the apparent low bidder.
This notice of intent to award the above referenced project to NJS Concrete, LLC has been issued conditioned upon the issuance of a written contractor responsibility determination in accordance with the Borough of Conshohocken’s Responsible Contractors Ordinance (RCO).
