There is a large power outage due to downed utility poles in the area of West First Avenue and Maple Street. Peco is currently working to restore power, and they will potentially be working through the night. Please proceed with caution around the work area. The Community Center at 515 Harry Street is open for affected residents as a warming station. If you have lost power, it is recommended that you run a trickle of water to prevent your pipes from freezing in the extreme temperatures. In case of emergency, please dial 911.
