Board of Code Appeals
The Board of Code Appeals is responsible for considering and adjudicating appeals arising from, or relating to the State Building Code and the Conshohocken Borough Property Maintenance Code.
The Board of Code Appeals consists of three (3) members. They must be qualified by experience and training to decide on matters pertaining to building, construction, and property maintenance. Members must not be employees of the Borough.

New appointments and re-appointments usually occur in December or January annually.
