Subdivision & Land Development

Subdivision and Land Development ensures the orderly, efficient and harmonious development of the Borough of Conshohocken, including buildings, streets and open space. It allows the Borough to plan for the needs of the community while safeguarding natural resources and historic places. The goal of Subdivision and Land Development is to advance the general welfare of residents and businesses by creating an environment that is consistent with the Borough of Conshohocken's 10-Year Comprehensive Plan.
