Registration Info

Preregistration is required for all programs unless otherwise indicated. Registration is accepted online through the RecDesk Community Portal, in person, by phone or by mail with payment and completed form(s). Full payment must accompany each registration for it to be accepted. 

How to Register 

Registering Online 

The Department of Recreation Services utilized RecDesk for online registrations, scheduling and payment processing. Users must create an account through RecDesk in order to register online.  All online registrations require a credit card, unless there is no fee.

Registering In-Person 

Visit the Community Center the Fellowship House, 515 Harry Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. A Borough employee will assist you with registering. If you do not already have an online RecDesk account, one will be created for you. 

Registering by Phone 

Call us at 610-828-3266 and a Borough employee will assist you will registration or answer your questions. 

Payments

The Department of Recreation Services accepts cash, checks (made payable to Borough of Conshohocken) and credit card payments. Visa, MasterCard and Discover only are accepted. All transactions processed with a credit card will be charged a convenience fee of approximately 2.65% to your total upon checkout. This fee is not collected by the Borough of Conshohocken, but instead goes directly to the credit card company. There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.

Refunds

Refunds must be requested a minimum of five (5 business days prior to the start of the program or event. Refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days to process. We do not issue cash refunds. Once a program session begins, refunds will not be offered. All discount ticket sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a program is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy 

Conshohocken Borough reserves the right to cancel any program. Programs are subject to cancellations if they do not meet minimum enrollment. Inclement weather may also be a reasonable cause. 

Photo Policy

The Recreation Services Department may take photos of program participants, community center members and/or visitors and park visitors. These photos are for Borough use only and may appear on flyers, publications and social media outlets.
